Concierge Doula Support 

As your Doula, my Birth support always includes:

 A Group Chat - It's important we stay in touch! The more I know YOU, the more I can help you navigate the physical and emotional milestones of your experience. The more you know ME, the more comfortable you will feel using me as a support. The chat group is meant to be active with questions, concerns and sharing! The chat includes you, your chosen Birth support (Partner), myself, and your secondary Doula.

Prenatal Visits - As a Childbirth Educator, I LOVE helping you feel prepared with knowledge. I aim to provide you with the information you need to make Informed Decisions around your care, and to help build a picture of your preferences for a birth experience unique to you and your families needs. These start right away and will increase in frequency the closer to birth we get! I also include the cost of attending Prenatal Education classes through CBK to help set a baseline of knowledge while also integrating you into a community you can take into the postpartum!

Continuous Birth Support - Support for Birth begins whenever you feel you need me, it doesn't need to be active labour. Whenever you call, I will be there for however long it takes. I also hang around for a few hours after the birth to ensure everyone is settled, fed, and bonding as a family!

Postpartum Visits - I visit you in your home after birth to support sleep, feeding, infant care, and mental/emotional wellness. PP preparation is something we cover extensively during our Prenatal visits, but it's just not possible to cover everything and no two experiences are exactly the same! I am there to be a resource for questions, concerns, and to connect you to other like-minded professionals in the community.
